014" Orange Cutting Pad for Polishing Pal or Spot Buffing

The 4" orange pad is an excellent, multi-purpose pad. It can be used with your polisher to remove light scratches on paint, or with plastic and chrome polishes.
Should used with the following backing plates:
Cordless Drill = KILC01 BP and Drill Adaptor Kit
Rotary Buffing Machine = LC1019 Backing Plate
Dual Action Buffing Machine = LC1018 Backing Plate
024" White Polishing Pad for Polishing Pal or Spot Buffing
White 4” Polishing Pad - Use the white pad with pre-wax cleaners or fine polishes on your paint, or for general polishing of your metal trim. It is not abrasive and is intended for light cleaning and shine-enhancing.

034" Black / Grey Finishing Pad for Polishing Pal or Spot Buffing
Black 4” Finishing Pad - Apply paste waxes, glazes, and sealants. The gray pad is made of very soft, nonabrasive foam that will spread a thin, even coat of your favorite paint protection.

044" Blue Finessing Pad for Polishing Pal or Spot Buffing
Blue 4” Finessing Pad - Apply liquid waxes, sealants, and glazes with this super soft foam. This pad can be used for final buffing to remove the dust from your wax or polish.
056.5" Yellow CCS Flat Cutting pad
Yellow Cutting CCS Pad.
Use this pad to apply compounds or polishes to remove severe oxidation, swirls, and scratches. It is the most aggressive and should only be used on oxidized and older finishes. Always follow this pad with an orange pad and a fine polish and then a white pad to refine the paint until it is smooth. Hook and Loop back will stick to all Velcro backing plates.

These pads are best suited to use with a Dual Action or Random Orbital buffing machine. If you use a rotary buffing machine we recommend the 6.5" or 7.5" curved CCS pads.
These CCS pads are the 30mm thick Smart Pad version, not the economy, thinner OEM version.

Firm, high density foam for scratch and defect removal. Use this pad with polishes and swirl removers. It’s an all around pad that will work on most light to moderate imperfections.

Less dense foam formula for the application of waxes, micro-fine polishes and sealants. This pad has very light cutting power so its perfect for pre-wax cleaners.

Composition is firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove buffer swirls. It has no cut and will apply thin, even coats of waxes, sealants, and glazes.

This pad has soft composition for applying glaze, finishing polish, sealants, and liquid waxes.

CCS Red Ultrasoft Wax/Sealant Foam 6.5"
This soft, imported foam is ideal for applying the final coat of wax or sealant. The foam works especially well when applying liquid waxes or sealants because it is firm enough to keep the majority of the product on the paint, rather than soaking it up. The red foam has no cut or cleaning ability.

These pads are perfectly suited to use with a Rotary buffing machine, Festool Rotex or Bosch GEX150T Forced Eccentric Rotation machine. They should not be used on the DAS-6 Dual Action or Megs G220.
Please note that these pads used to be referred as 7.5" actual measurement across front of pad is 195mm.

This 150mm diameter molded urethane backing plate for excellent flexibility and balance.

Molded Urethane is flexible yet incredibly durable. This plate will last through countless, rigorous uses without falling apart or becoming unbalanced. Balancing is essential when it comes to polishers because an unbalanced plate will bounce, leaving an uneven finish. The reinforced inner construction uses steel struts molded into the center hub to give the plate stability and maintain an even surface for your pad.
Another benefit of urethane is its resistance to heat. The Flexible Backing Plate minimizes the transfer of heat from the motor to the paint to prevent burning. Spontaneous heat build-up is also reduced.
Remove and replace pads easily from the hook & loop surface. The hook & loop is molded into the plate so it will not come off.
Note: This backing plate is for use on Rotary Buffing Machines which have a 14mm male spindle. It will NOT fit on Random Orbital machines.

Designed for use the 4" spot buffing pads this backing features a 5/16" x 24 thread size compatible with the G220 and DAS-6 dual action machines.

Backing Plate and Drill Adaptor Kit 70mm
The 70mm Hook & Loop Backing Plate is made of a solid piece of heavy duty, molded plastic with a thick pad of urethane adhered to the bottom. The urethane has hooks & loops molded into it to hold pads in place as you polish.
The backing plate is recommended for use on your electric drill with the help of the Spot Buffs Drill Adapter which is included.
This small backing plate accommodates any 4 inch hook & loop foam pad.
Note: It is recommended that loctite or a similar thread locking compound is used when assembling the adaptor to the backing plate. Waxit Premium Car Care will not be responsible for incorrect usage or damage caused by poor or incorrect assembly.
