Why Use Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover?
The Benefits:Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover is used to reduce the appearance of moderate to severe swirls and defects in paint. These two problems exist before you drive your new car out of the dealership. Even brand new paint applications contain swirls and in order to remove them safely and effectively use a quality polish is need for use with your buffer and buffing pads. If a car has been left untreated for a long length of time, the swirls and water marks will be worse. This is most noticeable on darker paint. Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover is tough enough to remove deep swirls without hurting your finish. This gentle and effective swirl remover also eliminates scratches, water spots, overspray, and oxidation. Even if you have a sensitive paint surface, Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover will work hard to remove swirls without damaging that surface in any way. Clear coat, paint, chrome, glass, plastic, gelcoats and plexiglass will all benefit from Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover.
Let's Get Technical:Swirl marks are caused by micro scratches on paint finishes, which are often caused by the use of improper hand or buffing techniques. You cannot see swirls if they do not reflect light, and the only way that can be achieved is through eliminating the reflection. This reflection is most noticeable on dark finishes, and left over time the swirls will go deeper within the color. Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover is safe environmentally because the level of petroleum distillates is very low. Diminishing abrasives allow it to break down quickly and go deep to remove those stubborn marks and leave your car free of negative reflection. The top edge of the swirl is buffed clean and the Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover, in addition to removing the swirl, also fills in the surface for a clean, polished look. No more swirls. You may be wondering how the deep imperfections occur in the first place. Often this is aggravated by the improper type of polish and polishing pad. Hand applications that leave swirl marks are often faulty washings, drying towels and/or techniques. Other causes are applications of an inferior wax and polish. The first step in removing moderate to deep swirl marks is to have the proper equipment. This begins with Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover. You will find the instructions easy to follow if you are a beginning detailer, and if you are a pro you will appreciate the care and scientific precision that goes into each bottle.
Composition Ingredients:Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover is pure premium, from the moment you pour the creamy blue lotion onto the Buffer Pad or a Cutting Pad. Within the thick, blue cream, you will see tiny white specs that appear to be floating within. Those are the abrasives, which upon contact with the buffer pad, will ensure an even distribution of abrasive action, making for optimum results. The abrasives break down immediately, with little friction or heat required.
How They Work: The ingredients inside every bottle of Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover are abrasive enough to round over the medium to deep scratches and swirls with the use of buffing Pads. For medium swirling and scratches, use the buffing Pad. This pad, paired with your Pinnacle Swirl Remover, will provide medium cutting ability with flawless results. For deep to severe swirls and scratches, a cutting Pad. This pad will buff down the surface of badly scratched, swirled, oxidized, or water spotted paint or clear coat. For more about pads, please continue to read about Application below.
Application: Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover is tough yet gentle on your deep to severe imperfections. Now you need to make sure you have the pads to go with the remover. We had touched on pads briefly above, but I thought it would be helpful to break down each pad that works brilliantly in unison with Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover.
Extra Tips: Polishing is a serious undertaking. You want to make sure you are doing your best. We highly recommend an orbital buffer for the Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover. You can use this product by hand, but because this formula is for deep and severe swirls and water spots, you will need to apply extra pressure.Machine Application: Use either a buffing or cutting pad with your orbital buffer. Apply a twenty cent size amount of product to applicator pad. Work on 600mm sections. In a circular motion, massage into the surface. Allow to dry to a haze, then buff away excess product with a clean, dry microfiber towel or a bonnet on the buffer. Remember to follow this application with a wax or paint sealant's Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover has no protective qualities.
If you prefer a traditional wax, match up your car with either Pinnacle Souveran Carnauba Paste Wax especially for black, red and dark cars, or Pinnacle Signature Series formulated to bring out the best in metallic, light and white automobiles. You're vehicle will look like it just rolled out of the showroom! You may find that in some places on your finish, the swirl marks and water spots are less severe than you initial thought. That is why we recommend that you also consider purchasing Pinnacle Swirl Remover for lighter imperfections.
Hand Application: Apply a twenty cent amount of the product to an applicator pad. Work on 600mm sections. In a circular motion, massage into the surface. Allow to dry to a haze, then buff away excess product with a clean, dry microfibre towel.
