The MTM Black 15° Pressure Washer Nozzle delivers concentrated cleaning power with a safer, more versatile spray pattern - giving you a serious upgrade for your QC setup.
Designed and manufactured in Italy, this nozzle features a high-precision stainless steel orifice pre-fitted into a 316 stainless steel guard for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. It’s premium hardware built for consistent performance.
Surrounding the nozzle tip is MTM’s HPN colour-coded rubber cover, which not only makes spray angle identification instant, but also adds a layer of protection during use. If you accidentally come into contact with paintwork, wheels or trim, the rubber guard helps reduce the risk of damage compared to an exposed metal nozzle.
The 15° spray pattern offers a tighter fan than the 25°, giving you stronger impact for heavier grime on wheel arches, underbodies, suspension components and other stubborn areas - while still being more forgiving than a 0° pinpoint jet.
Finished with a standard 1/4" quick connect fitting, it snaps easily into most short guns and lances.
Available in multiple orifice sizes to suit different pressure washer outputs.
Note: Always test your nozzle away from a vehicle after you have plugged it in to the quick connect coupler. Even if you think it has clicked in, it's always good to test it away from a vehicle in case it hasn't 100% locked in.
Orifice Size vs. Spray Angle vs. PSI vs. Waterflow - what does all this mean?
It can sometimes be confusing when looking at your nozzle, figuring out what everything means. We often get asked about the difference between spray angles & orifice size, and what PSI & waterflow even means.
Simply, spray angle is the degree pattern that your nozzle shoots water in. A narrower angle concentrates the water into a tighter stream, while a wider angle spreads it out over a larger area. Spray angle is not connected to your orifice size and doesn’t change the physical hole inside the nozzle - it just changes how that water is distributed onto the surface.
This little hole in the middle of your nozzle is the orifice, and by controlling the size of this hole - you can change your water flow and pressure. If you make the hole bigger, more water will be able to come out, and will reduce your pressure as there is less resistance - alternatively making that hole smaller will create a tighter space, reducing the amount of water than can get through BUT increases the pressure.
Some may think - well I just want to max my waterflow, so ill chuck the largest orifice! But if your pressure washer doesn’t have much power, that could reduce the PSI drastically and even though more water is coming out, your overall cleaning has reduced due to the pressure. We’ve tried to make it super easy for you, by creating a recommended orifice size chart. Simply find your machine’s flow rate down the side, match it to your working pressure across the top, and where the two meet is your recommended orifice size for a balanced setup.

Simply choose your PSI of your pressure washer or the nearest measurement based on this chart. Then follow the column down to the nearest LPM reading to your pressure washer. Once you hit the reading, follow the row across to the left and you will have your recommended nozzle size.
This is purely based on your pressure washer's max rating meaning choosing an orifice this way will always give you a good amount of water flow, and reduces the risk of choosing a nozzle too small for your unit.
