Yes you absolutely can! If you have made orders in the past, and only just recently signed up, the system won't automatically fix up those points. Get in contact with us and we can sort it out for you!

Points earned from purchases will expire after 18 months.

The item will remain on your account to be used when it comes back into stock, otherwise if you would prefer to have the points back, get in touch with us and we can refund the points so you can use it on something else!

We update the Loyalty rewards monthly to keep it fresh! We try to mix it up as much as we can, but we also understand there are some fan favourites, so these ones you may see multiple times a year.
