Cleaning car glass is very simple when you have the right products. Unfortunately, a lot of the time a standard wash isn’t enough to remove dirt & grime from your windscreens and car windows. The interior of your glass surfaces can also be left with oils, marks, dust, grime & fog - so an effective glass cleaning process can make maintaining your car much less of a headache! We recommend the use of a dedicated glass cleaner, combined with a specialised glass cleaning microfiber cloth. Our glass cleaners contain a variety of cleaning essentials to ensure dirt, grime, oils & other contaminants are removed from your glass - but also have a small concentration of solvents to ensure any residue evaporates from the surface. This ensures a streak free clean, whilst making sure all dirt & grime is easily removed. It’s best to also use a specialised glass microfiber towel, which usually has a circular, or fine knit to help spread the product rather than absorb it. It’s fantastic when used with glass cleaners. So really just grab one of our specialised glass cleaners & our dedicated glass cloths, spray, wipe and away you go!

As stated previously, a dedicated glass cleaner has a variety of benefits. The first one, is its formulated to attack all contaminants that are common for glass surfaces, both for the interior and exterior. Dirt, grime, oils, fingerprints, smears, marks, haze, fog - you name it. Our range of dedicated glass & windscreen cleaners for your car will help make quick work of these common issues, but with the aid of a low concentration of solvents, the formula will also evaporate after cleaning. This ensures a streak free clean, promotes visibility, and leaves you with perfectly clean & clear glass surfaces, inside & out.

Windscreen haze can be tedious, but can be easily cleaned with the use of our range of windscreen & window cleaners. Simply spray one of our dedicated glass cleaners onto the surface, and wait a couple of minutes for the cleaners to break down the dirt & grime forming the haze. Spray a little more glass cleaner onto your glass cloth, and begin to slowly wipe away the haze. If it’s starting to feel grippy, or the film is really thick, you can apply more glass cleaner as you go.

We would recommend using one of our specialised glass cloths for cleaning your car windows. These cloths have a short, or circular knit to ensure no linting. They are perfect for glass cleaning applications.

The first thing you have to do to prevent fog from your windows, is give them a deep clean. As stated in the questions above, all this means is to spray a dedicated glass & window cleaner on your windshield and windows, allow the product to break down the grime for a minute or so, and then wipe away the grime with a dedicated glass cloth. Once this is done, you can protect the glass from fog build up by using specialised glass protective products, like CARPRO Fog Fight. This will help prevent the build up of fog in the future, and help keep your car glass windows & windscreens, fog free.
