Our Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines.


 

1. Order Processing Times

Once you place an order, our team typically requires up to 24 business hours to prepare it for dispatch. During peak periods, such as major sales events, this processing time may extend to 3-4 business days.

Our order processing schedule is as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Closed

  • Public Holidays (State & Federal): Closed

  • Other Closures: We are also closed during annual stocktakes and the Christmas/New Year break. Any other rare business closures will be communicated.


 

2. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to mainland Australia, Tasmania, and New Zealand. You can select your preferred carrier from the options below at checkout.

Please note that the following delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers. Once an order leaves our warehouse, its delivery is subject to the courier's operations, and potential delays can occur.

 

Australia

Northern Territory, Western Australia, Queensland & Tasmania

  • Australia Post Express: 2-5 Business Days

  • Australia Post Parcel Post: 2-10 Business Days

  • Team Global Express: 2-4 Business Days

New South Wales, South Australia & Australian Capital Territory

  • Australia Post Express: 2-5 Business Days

  • Australia Post Parcel Post: 2-8 Business Days

  • CouriersPlease Road Express: 2-5 Business Days

  • Team Global Express: 2-4 Business Days

Victoria

  • Australia Post Express: 1-4 Business Days

  • Australia Post Parcel Post: 2-5 Business Days

  • CouriersPlease Road Express: 2-4 Business Days

New Zealand

  • Australia Post International Standard: 5+ Business Days

3. Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Orders with a total value of $150 or more are eligible for free standard shipping through Australia Post.

Exclusions to Free Shipping:

Your order will not qualify for free shipping if any of the following conditions are met:

  • The delivery address is outside of Australia.

  • The delivery address is in Victoria, and the total weight or cubic weight of the order exceeds 20kg.

  • The delivery address is outside of Victoria, and the total weight or cubic weight of the order exceeds 12kg.

  • The order contains a particularly bulky item (e.g., Economax Bucket, vacuum, or pressure washer).

  • The order includes dangerous goods.


 

4. Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

We offer a Click & Collect service for our local customers. We do not provide a local delivery service.

  • Standard Processing: Ready for collection within 2-4 business hours.

  • Sales Period Processing: Ready for collection within 1 business day.

To collect your order, you or a nominated person must present a copy of the order confirmation and the order number. We do not permit collections by general courier services such as Uber Courier for Click & Collect orders.


 

5. Resend Shipping Charges

Should your order be returned to us, the following terms regarding resending fees will apply:

  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, a postage fee will be charged to resend the order.

  • Failure to Collect: If an order is returned because it was not collected from the courier after an attempted delivery, a postage fee will be charged for resending.

  • Transit Damage: If an order is returned to us due to damage sustained during transit, we will cover the full cost of resending the order.

  • Other Issues: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue beyond the control of both the customer and our business, we will cover the cost of resending the order.


 

6. Order Tracking

Once your chosen carrier has collected your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery. If there is any error with your tracking link you can contact our support team via our email info@waxit.com.au


 

7. Potential Service Interruptions

Delivery times may be affected by variables outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. In some instances, the carrier will notify you directly of any potential delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
