We have always had Australia Post regular & express services available here at Waxit.
While Australia Post provides a fantastic service, our goal is to incorporate different carriers that offer a top-notch service to customers seeking a high level of satisfaction.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

Typically, orders placed with a total of $150 or more will receive free shipping via Australia Post's standard service.

Orders will not qualify for free shipping if:


  • The delivery address is outside of Australia.
  • The delivery address is in Victoria and the total weight of the order exceeds 20kg.
  • The delivery address is outside of Victoria and the total weight of the order exceeds 12kg.
  • The order includes a particularly bulky item such as an Economax Bucket, a Metrovac Vacuum, or a Kranzle pressure washer.

In the event of needing us to resend a parcel.

Resends

Resends are usually an easy process. However, it is important to note the following

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied shipping address, an additional postage fee will be issued to have have the order resent.
  • If an order is returned to us because it was not collected after an attempted delivery, an additional postage fee will be issued to have the parcel resent.
  • If an order is returned to us damaged because of transit mishandling, we will cover the cost to have the order resent.
  • If an order is returned because of a shipping issue that was out of both of our control, we will cover the cost to resend the order.
