Pressure Washer Fittings & Adaptors

With a short gun fitting kit for your brand of machine. The MTM short guns use a 3/8" quick connect on the inlet, and your pressure washer's hose ends in whatever fitting that brand uses, so the kit is the adaptor or two that bridges the gap. We've built them for Karcher K, Karcher HD, Gerni and Stihl, Ryobi and Ozito, Bosch and a few others, and each one lists the machines it fits and shows a photo of the hose end so you can check it against yours.

If you're buying the gun at the same time, the upgrade kits already include the fitting kit for your brand, which is the easiest way to do it. And if your machine isn't on the list or the hose end doesn't match the photo, send us a picture and we'll tell you what you need.

With a hose fitting kit. An upgraded hose like the Uberflex comes with M22 ends, and your machine's outlet and gun each need an adaptor to meet it. Our hose fitting kits are researched per brand so you get the right pair without measuring threads, and most come in two versions. The standard kit connects the new hose between your machine and the gun it came with. The 3/8" quick connect version connects the new hose to an upgraded short gun instead, so if you've already done the gun, or you're doing both at once, that's the one.

Each kit says which models it fits and which it doesn't, so read that line before you buy. Karcher in particular has models with integrated hose reels that need a different approach, and the kit pages call that out.

They're the three fittings that do most of the work in car detailing. M22 is a threaded connection, the standard on most aftermarket pressure washer hoses and a lot of European machines. Quick connect is a push fit with a collar, no threads, and it comes in two sizes, 1/4" for nozzles and foam cannon inlets, and 3/8" for the connection between the hose and the gun on the MTM short guns. Once your setup is on quick connect, swapping between a nozzle, a foam cannon and a lance takes a second and no tools.

The adaptors on this page are named by what's on each end, male or female, and which size, so "3/8" QC (F) to M22 (M)" means one end takes a 3/8" quick connect plug and the other screws onto an M22 female. If that reads like another language, it's fine, tell us what you've got and what you want to connect it to.
