This Gerni Adaptor Kit takes the guesswork out of upgrading your pressure washer hose with the exact fittings you need.

If you're wanting to get rid of the cheap plastic hose your machine uses, maybe you're tired of being stuck with an M21 threaded hose no one else uses or you just want to upgrade your high pressure hose to an Uberflex. You'll need some straight forward adaptors to get it going, so we've got a Gerni / Stihl fitting kit that's already been researched for you so you can upgrade your setup quickly. 

There are four different fitting kits to choose from. Check below to help compare what you're working with at home. Gerni and Stihl commonly use M21 threads on some models and then their own quick connect fitting on other models. 

If you've already got an existing upgraded short gun like the MTM SG35 and are now looking at upgrading your hose, you'll want the 3/8" Adaptor kit below to connect you up to your gun.

Directions:

1. M21 Standard
   1. Screw the M21 adaptor fitting onto your Gerni / Stihl pressure washer.
   2. Connect the brass male Gerni / Stihl adaptor to the other end of the hose.
   3. Thread the hose onto the M22 14mm thread of the M21 adaptor now on the machine. 
   4. Connect complete hose into your stock gun to test fitment, and do the same for the stock gun. Run water through the machine before powering on to check for immediate leaks. 
2. M21 to 3/8" QC
   1.  Screw the M21 adaptor fitting onto your Gerni / Stihl pressure washer.
   2. Connect the brass 3/8" Female QC adaptor to the other end of the hose.
   3. Connect the completed hose into your 3/8" short gun to test fitment, and do the same for the M21 thread. Run water through the machine before powering on to check for immediate leaks. 
3. Gerni / Stihl F to M QC Standard
   1. Screw in the female gerni receive to the hose joiner adaptor, then thread this to the pressure washer hose.
   2. Thread in the male brass hose adaptor to the other end of the hose.
   3. Connect complete hose into your stock gun to test fitment, and do the same for the stock gun. Run water through the machine before powering on to check for immediate leaks. 
4. Gerni / Stihl F to M 3/8" QC Standard
   1.  Screw in the female gerni receive to the hose joiner adaptor, then thread this to the pressure washer hose.
   2. Connect the brass 3/8" Female QC adaptor to the other end of the hose.
   3. Connect the completed hose into your 3/8" short gun to test fitment, and do the same for the Gerni / Stihl Pressure washer side. Run water through the machine before powering on to check for immediate leaks.

Should any leaks be present, use any PFTE water proofing tape to help create a better seal for the threads of the adaptors.
