Detailing Trolleys, Seats & Organisation
A detailing trolley keeps the bottles, pads and machine you're using next to the car instead of on the floor, and it's the first thing most detailers buy once the bay gets busy. Around it sits the rest of the setup, a creeper seat so wheels and sills don't wreck your back, a wheel stand for cleaning and coating wheels off the car, and wall holders that give every bottle, brush and polisher a home.

FAQ's: Trolleys, Seats & Organisation
Whether a trolley is worth it, what a wheel stand is for, and how to stop the bay turning back into a mess. These are the questions we get asked the most.
Still unsure? Ask us ›Is a detailing trolley worth it, or will any workshop cart do?
If you're mobile, the trolley is the thing that turns an unpacking job into a roll out. If you're in a fixed bay, pair it with wall holders so the trolley only carries what the current car needs.
Why use a wheel stand for detailing?
Even for a plain wheel clean, the stand gets the wheel away from the car so the acid cleaner and brake dust aren't going onto the paint or the brakes.
How do I set up a detailing bay so it actually stays organised?
Then the rule is that the trolley gets emptied back onto the wall at the end of every car. It sounds tedious and it takes two minutes, and it's the difference between a bay that's still tidy in six months and one that isn't. A creeper seat parks under the bench.
