Deep Diving the new AR591+ Pressure Washer
The AR591+ is the most refined, enthusiast-focused pressure washer we’ve ever tested.
After 8+ months of testing & optimising with the AR engineering team in Italy, we’ve landed on something that truly pushes the boundaries of this enthusiast and entry level pro category. It's compact, powerful, and packed with features you simply don’t get at this price - including a genuine brass pump, stainless steel pistons, true Total System Stop, and a real-world tested flow of 8.2L per minute (max 9L per minute).
Built with detailing in mind from the ground up, the AR591+ gives serious users a smarter alternative to throwaway aluminium and spec-inflated machines. It’s tuned, tested, and ready to raise the bar.

AR591+ is the most refined enthusiast pressure washer we’ve ever tested, and it’s not even close.
Tested at 8.2L/min on a standard 10amp plug, this unit delivers serious performance backed by a genuine brass pump, stainless steel pistons, and a brushless induction motor. It’s fully serviceable, totally rebuildable, and built with long-term reliability in mind.
It also features True Total System Stop, a pressure release system almost never seen at this price point, reducing heat, internal stress, and wear.
What really sets the AR591+ apart is the custom tuning work we’ve done with the Annovi Reverberi engineering team in Italy. Over eight months of collaboration has resulted in a machine optimised for detailing, balancing flow, pressure and usability under real-world conditions.
If you're chasing pro-grade performance without stepping into full commercial gear, the 591+ is easily one of the best options in our pressure washer range.

Professional Build Quality
The AR591+ doesn’t just perform well, it’s built properly.
Where most machines in this price range rely on lightweight, short-lived aluminium pumps, the AR591+ runs a full brass pump head. It’s more durable, more heat resistant, and crucially, it’s rebuildable. If something ever goes wrong, you can service it instead of binning the entire machine.
Inside that pump? Quality stainless steel pistons, not composite or coated metal like you find in most entry-level and even some mid-tier units. These pistons cycle thousands of times per minute under pressure, so material choice matters. Stainless holds up, runs cooler, and resists wear over the long term.
Pair that with a brushless induction motor and you’ve got a setup that’s smoother, quieter, and significantly more reliable under load.
We’ve tested this at 8.2L/min of water flow and 1200 PSI using a standard 10amp plug. That combination gives you faster rinsing, thicker snow foam, and a more efficient wash overall.
Custom Tuned for Detailing
The AR591+ isn’t just another pressure washer, it’s been custom tuned from the inside out.
Over eight months of collaboration with the Annovi Reverberi engineering team in Italy, we refined the internal flow paths and balanced the pressure curve specifically for detailing. The result? Better rinsing, smoother operation, and stronger foam cannon performance thanks to the increased water flow.
It also features True Total System Stop, a premium feature that fully unloads internal pressure when you release the trigger. That means less wear, no pressure spikes, and longer life.
Top it off with a pressure gauge, hose reel, adjustable output, and a compact trolley system, and the 591+ gives you pro-level usability right out of the box.
The 591+ Essentials Kit
The AR591+ already comes equipped with premium hardware, but if you're after more control, comfort, and flexibility, our Essentials Upgrade Kit takes it even further.
It includes a short gun, insulated lance, adjustable quick-connect nozzles, and all the fittings you need to streamline your setup. You’ll get better reach, easier handling, and faster connect/disconnect without wrestling bulky threaded parts or long stock wands.
It’s a practical upgrade that makes a noticeable difference — especially if you’re washing regularly or want more freedom in how you move around the vehicle.

Frequently asked questions
Brass Pump vs. Aluminium, is it really a difference?
Why does the AR591+ use a brass pump? Does it really make a difference?
Absolutely, it’s one of the biggest differences between this and most other machines at this price.
Brass pumps are far more durable than aluminium. They handle heat better, resist warping, and don’t suffer from the same cracking or corrosion issues over time. But just as importantly — a brass pump can be serviced and rebuilt. If something goes wrong, you can replace pistons, seals or valves instead of tossing the whole unit.
Most aluminium-pump machines are designed to be throwaway units. The AR591+ was built to last — and the brass pump is a big part of that.
I’m not a pro detailer, is the AR591+ still for me?

I’m not a pro detailer — is the AR591+ still overkill?
It definitely punches above its weight — but that’s kind of the point.
The AR591+ is overbuilt in the best way. It uses the same kind of components you’d expect in a much more expensive machine — but at a price that’s still accessible for serious enthusiasts.

What actually changed in the ‘+’ version of the AR591?
What actually changed in the ‘+’ version of the AR591?
The AR591+ isn’t just a spec bump, it’s a proper upgrade, built through months of back-and-forth with Annovi Reverberi in Italy.
We worked directly with their engineering team to tweak the internals, adjusting tolerances, flow dynamics, and pressure behaviour to better suit detailing. It’s more refined, more focused, and better built for rinse quality and foam cannon use.
The 591+ is exclusive to Waxit and can’t be found anywhere else, it’s our version of the AR591, built for the Australian detailing community.
I’m planning to go pro, is this still good for me?
I’m planning to go pro, is this still good for me?
Absolutely. The AR591+ is a fantastic entry point for anyone setting up their first pro rig or mobile setup. It’s compact, high-performance, and built well beyond typical “enthusiast” gear.
That said, if you're planning to scale up, we’d also recommend looking at the AR680 for a more semi-pro build, or the AR630+ for full commercial-grade use. Both have higher flow, upgraded pump architecture, and are designed to handle daily demand.
The 591+ is a great place to start — and there’s room to grow when you’re ready.
