We only sell products we really believe in, and the AR pressure washers are no different. Our warranty aims to be as clear as possible about what's covered, who each machine is for, and which warranty applies to whom.

3-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Our AR pressure washers come standard with a 3-year Manufacturer Warranty, which provides protection against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. If you are having any issue with your unit, simply get in contact with us.

Machines are only applicable for warranty if they're being used as intended. For example, if someone bought our AR591+ (our enthusiast model) and ran it in a commercial car wash doing 100+ cars a day, we couldn't cover a failure after a year or so. It's not built or warranted for that kind of use, so it wouldn't be a manufacturer defect.

So to manage expectations and keep the process fair for everyone, we've defined each warranty and which machine it's really for.

1-Year Waxit Accessory Warranty

We also include our own 1-year Waxit Accessory Warranty. It covers common wear and tear accessories like guns, hoses, nozzles and filters, for extra peace of mind (we can't find many big brands doing this). It also applies to any AR pressure washer bought with an upgrade kit (MTM gun, hose upgrade, etc.).

Say your hose fails in the first couple of months, or your gun stops working after a few weeks. How is that wear and tear? We don't believe in that, which is why we created this extra warranty.

What's not covered

Misuse & NeglectDamage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling of the unit, including not following the operating procedures in the user manual.
External FactorsDamage caused by accidents, dropping, acts of nature, or exposure to harsh conditions beyond our control.
Unauthorised RepairsAny attempt to repair or modify the pressure washer by unauthorised personnel voids the warranty. Talk to us directly if there is an issue with your unit.
Wear & Tear (after 1 year)After the 1-year grace period, wear and tear isn't covered. We're human though, so if you think something has gone wrong beyond your own use, get in touch and we'll work something out.

Full support & service

If you have an issue with your unit, simply get in contact with us. We'll promptly help you get the machine repaired near you, or sent back to us to organise a repair or replacement depending on the issue.

We look after our customers. We won't go through everything trying to void your warranty. We'll work with you, understand what's going on, work with the team at AR in Italy and get it sorted quickly.

Even if your unit is out of warranty, we'll still be there to help, hopefully with a solution or a meet-in-the-middle approach.
