At Waxit, we have always tried to be as fair as possible, and stand behind everything we do. We only sell products that we really believe in, and the AR line of pressure washers are no different.

When we first started this pressure washer project, one of the biggest issues we found with the industry is to find out exactly what each brands warrant. There is often this huge grey area when it comes to pressure washers, and it was difficult to figure out when something was covered & what was just classified as “wear and tear”. Then the whole issue of “if you don’t notify us quick enough”, you’ve got to pay for postage on your defective unit (which doesn’t make sense… if its defective, its defective right?), its all over the place.

There are also loose defining terms of “domestic”, “professional” & “commercial”, along with the horror stories of certain brands not responding to requests & having incredibly poor service (it was incredible what we found with a simple google search about some of these brands…) and things can get very messy and confusing.

Our warranty aims to simplify this, and be as transparent as we possibly can about what we do warrant, who our machines are targeting and which warranty applies to whom. Simply speaking, all of our AR pressure washers will feature a 3 year Manufacturer Warranty (protecting against any defects in material, workmanship, etc), and a 1 year Waxit Accessory Warranty with no questions asked.

3-Year Manufacturer Warranty


Our AR Pressure washers come standard with a 3-year Manufacturer Warranty, which provides protection against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. If you are having any issue with your unit, simply get in contact with us.

When it comes to these manufacturer warranties, our machines will only be applicable for warranty if they are being used as intended. For example, if someone purchased our AR591+ (our enthusiast model), and runs it in a commercial car wash doing 100+ cars a day & has an issue after a year or so, we won’t be able to cover any failures under warranty. It’s simply not built or warranted for that kind of use, and this wouldn’t be a manufacturer defect, it would be a problem due to misuse of the unit.

So to ensure we are managing your expectations, and ensuring the warranty process is fair for everyone - we have tried to define each warranty we have and which machine it is really applicable for.

1-Year Accessory Warranty

We are also including our very own 1-year Waxit Accessory Warranty which covers any issue with common wear and tear accessories such as guns, hoses, nozzles, filters, etc. to give you even more support & greater peace of mind when it comes to purchasing a pressure washer (we can’t find many big brands doing this…). This is also applicable to any AR Pressure Washer purchased with an upgrade kit (MTM gun, hose upgrade, etc.).

Say, for example, your hose fails in the first couple of months, or after a few weeks your gun isn’t working… how on earth is that wear and tear? We don’t believe in that, we are confident in our products and that’s why we have created this extra warranty for our customers.

What’s not covered?

While our warranty offers extensive coverage, and even a complimentary specialised accessory warranty, it is important to understand what will not be warrantable:

Misuse & Neglect:
Our warranty does not cover damages that may have been caused from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the unit. This includes failure to follow recommended operating procedures outlined in the user manual.

External Factors:
Damage that may have been caused by accidents, dropping, acts of nature, or any exposure to harsh conditions that are beyond our control.

Unauthorised Repairs:
Any attempts to repair or modify the pressure washer by unauthorised personnel will void the warranty. It's crucial to consult with us directly if there is an issue with your unit.

Wear and Tear (Post 1-year):
After the 1-year grace period, we won’t be warranting anything that can be deemed as “wear and tear”, as after 1 year these failures will most likely be due to prolonged use. We are human however, and if you think that something has gone wrong beyond your own use, get in contact with us and we can have a chat, and hopefully work something out.

If you have an issue with your unit, simply get in contact with us. We are going to be able to promptly assist you with either getting the machine repaired near you - or sent back to us for us to organise a repair/replacement depending on the issue.

We look after our customers, and unlike other companies we won’t be going through everything to try and “get you” on something to void a warranty… we are going to be human, work with you, understand what’s going on, work with the amazing team at AR in Italy and get this all sorted for you quickly.

Even if your unit is out of warranty, we are still going to be there to assist - hopefully coming up with a solution, or even a “meet in the middle” approach of how we can help as we look after our customers ongoing.
