The NV Snowstorm V2 Short Gun Upgrade Kit is your complete pressure washer upgrade, with reliable foam performance and a pro grade short trigger gun.

This kit pairs the newly updated NV Snowstorm V2 Foam Cannon with the MTM SG28 Short Gun, a compact & well built combination that’s perfect for detailers chasing better foam output, faster swaps and ergonomic control.

The Snowstorm V2 Foam Cannon now offers five spray patterns: vertical, horizontal, cone, straight jet and low pressure letting you dial in the exact foam delivery for the job. A top mounted dilution control knob allows you to adjust foam thickness and the 1L PET bottle has a wide mouth design for easy fills. The stainless quick connect fitting snaps into place and feels rock solid under pressure.

Paired with the MTM SG28, you get a lightweight short gun with a responsive trigger, brass internals, and quick connect fittings for both your nozzle and hose. The SG28 is a serious upgrade over bulky factory guns making your pressure washing easier, smoother and quicker to use.

Add in a full Aquatouch nozzle set, your choice of quick connect adaptor, and a bottle of premium foam (NV SNOW, Lift, or GSF), and you’ve got a complete setup ready to go.

If your foam cannon isn’t producing thick foam, there are a few common factors that can affect performance. Here are the main things to check:
- Pressure washer PSI rating - For optimal foam production, we recommend using a pressure washer rated between 1500–2500 PSI. Lower-powered machines may still work, but foam thickness can be reduced.
- Foam-to-water ratio - Try adjusting the top dial on the foam cannon to increase the foam concentration. If the foam is still too thin, adding more snow foam solution to the bottle can help improve consistency.
- Snow foam quality - Not all car shampoos are designed to foam properly. For best results, use a dedicated high-foaming snow foam such as NV SNOW.

Great snow foam cannon
Would reccomend this kit very much, great price at the time of this review. Build quality is great and packaging is simple, quick connect adapter for karcher is awesome. Snow foam has a nice scent and is very foamy.
Overall very unique foam cannon but its great!

Decent build quality & works fine
It seems solid, well designed and has a decent fit and finish. In use however the spray patterns are a little janky. A few work fine but the vertical fan which I would most use doesn't come out cleanly at all. It'll get foam on the car but I wish the nozzles were better / the spray patterns a little tidier.

Well built, nice design, and functional is all you can ask for from a consumer grade foam cannon like the snowstorm. If you aren't super stoked with it's performance then it seems you may be interested in something a little better quality in terms of performance - Check out our MTM Foam Cannon, this option is a little more professional grade and will likely solve all the problems you seem to be having with the snowstorm.

Great value kit, versatility with quick pattern changes is awesome but patterns could be more even.
Great design, but mine has a few uneven areas in the various settings, nothing too extreme. The weighted filter that means it always draws the solution regardless of the bottle angle. Downward spray pattern is great for an SUV roof, although adding a vertical downward to compliment the horizontal downward would be awesome
