Lets start with the heart of the unit, and that’s the brass pump - and yes, this is a genuine brass pump head, with 3-axial pistons and a wobble plate drive. Why is this a big deal? Well, pressure washers around this price point are plagued with aluminium pumps. Although these pumps are lightweight, they are much less durable & resistant - and are prone to cracks, leaks & seizing. Brass pumps on the other hand are the complete opposite, and have a far better heat tolerance, preventing warping & cracking. Aluminium pumps are really “throwaway units”, they aren’t worth fixing if they break, meaning they are, in a way, setup for failure. Brass pumps on the other hand are made to last, and can be serviced or re-built - replacing any seals, pistons, valves, whatever. They are built with long term durability in mind, and they deliver a much better performance when compared to the aluminium pumps.
But it doesn’t just stop there, not only does the AR591+ feature a premium, professional grade brass pump - its also equipped with high quality stainless steel pistons. Those comparable units that feature aluminium pumps are notorious for utilising aluminium pistons, or an even cheaper mixed metal composites. These pistons are moving back and forth thousands of times per minute. Making sure your machine is equipped with proper stainless steel pistons means they will be much more resistant to warping, corrosion and degradation - even under high PSI compared to any aluminium/coated/composite pistons (which are even found in many units more expensive than the AR591+).
Now, putting this all to the test is the output of the AR591. This is where we get to see the real performance of the unit, and where this machine really separates itself. While most pressure washers in this range inflate their numbers at higher power outputs, the AR591 delivers a tested 8.2L/min of water flow (Max 9L/min) and 1200 PSI (Max 1950 PSI) at the nozzle using a standard 10 amp plug - which is exactly what you want for detailing specific applications. Higher water flow means faster, more effective rinsing and thicker, more consistent foam when using a foam cannon.
The reason we have an AR591+ version (which can’t be found anywhere else in the world), is that we have been working with the Annovi Reverberi engineering team in Italy for the past 8-10 months (most of 2024 & early 2025). Specifically working on optimising this machine for the detailing market. We have fine tuned the working pressure and maxed out the water flow to give us a unit that is tailored for the detailing market & prioritise the metrics that mean the most for detailing.
Combine this with the brushless induction motor and a True Total Stop System (TSS) and you’ve easily got one of the highest spec’d, pro-level “enthusiast” units on the market. But what makes true TSS so important? Most machines in this range have a basic motor cut-off - the pump stops when the trigger is released, but the pressure stays loaded in the system. That means heat builds, seals wear faster, and your machine strains even while it’s “off.” True TSS, like what’s in the AR591+, completely unloads pressure inside the pump. This extends the lifespan of seals and pistons, reduces energy draw, and prevents the annoying kick or pressure surge when you re-engage the trigger.
