CARPRO IronX LimeScale | Iron & Water Spot Decon

CARPRO IronX LimeScale is the latest evolution in surface decontamination, combining iron and mineral removal in one powerful, easy-to-use formula.

IronX LimeScale is a new release from CARPRO, and it fills a gap a lot of detailers have been trying to work around for years. Most cars collect two types of contamination at the same time. You get the usual iron fallout from brakes and rail dust, but you also get the stubborn white mineral spotting that comes from hard water. Normally you’d need two different chemicals to deal with that. LimeScale removes the need for that juggling.

On the iron side of things, It reacts quickly, softens the metal particles, and frees them from the surface so they rinse away clean. Where it really changes the game is with minerals. Hard water marks, calcium lines on glass, and that chalky build-up that clings to paint all respond well to it. It breaks that material down so it can be washed off instead of being rubbed or polished away.

Using it before car polishing or sealing makes a pretty big difference. Panels feel smoother when you run your hand over them, and any protection you put on afterwards bonds properly because it’s not fighting through contamination. You’ll notice this most on glass. It tends to look clearer and behave better with wipers once the minerals have been removed.

For anyone dealing with bore water, coastal environments, sprinklers, or even just a car that hasn’t had a proper decon in a while, LimeScale can save a lot of effort. There’s no swapping between an iron remover car product and a water spot remover. You spray this on, give it a bit of time, and most of the heavy work is already done for you.
