Rupes BigFoot D-A Coarse Compound has been specifically designed to deliver optimal results with dual action polishers. It is Rupes' heaviest-cutting random orbital compound, yet it can still deliver a high-gloss finish on many paint types.
D-A Coarse is colour-coded blue for easy identification, the colour Rupes uses for its coarsest, most aggressive paint correction compounds and pads. It is an extremely capable compound, able to remove 1500 grit sanding marks on most automotive paints when paired with Rupes D-A Coarse microfiber pads or Rupes D-A Coarse blue wool pads.
It achieves exceptional levels of paint defect removal, tackling severe defects such as isolated deeper scratches, water spot etching and badly weathered or oxidised paint. It also delivers outstanding, consistent results on a wide range of automotive paint types, from hard, high-solids paints to medium and softer finishes.

Directions
- Properly decontaminate the surface before starting any polishing.
- Don't over-saturate the pad with compound.
- Clean the pad frequently with compressed air or the Rupes BigFoot Claw Pad Tool to keep performance consistent.
- For maximum cut, use a blue wool or microfiber pad. For lighter cutting, use a Rupes D-A Coarse blue foam pad.
