MTM SGS35 Swivel Short Gun Azzurro

Same internals, new finish - the Azzurro is MTM’s SGS35 short gun dressed in bold blue, built for serious pressure and pro-grade feel.

The Azzurro SGS35 takes MTM’s flagship pressure washer short gun and gives it a clean blue housing while keeping the same battle-tested internals that made it a go-to for detailers. A shockproof reinforced body, a plated brass valve with a corrosion-resistant ceramic ball, and an integrated stainless live swivel - it’s built to handle serious pressure and harsh chemicals without flinching.

Rated to 350 bar (5,075 PSI) and 45 L/min, this short gun is ideal for use with foam cannons, rinse nozzles, or any setup where control and reliability matter. The built-in swivel makes movement smoother, preventing hose twist and fatigue during longer washes. If you’re after top-end performance with a bit of style, the Azzurro delivers exactly that.

- Reinforced Body: Shockproof reinforced plastic housing with a stainless steel live swivel and inlet pipe for long-term corrosion resistance and strength.
- Ceramic Ball Valve: Plated brass valve with a ceramic ball for more chemical resistance and less wear - ideal for use with detergents, pre-wash foams and sealants.
- 350 bar (5,075 PSI) / 45 L/min Rating: Handles both electric and petrol systems, ready for heavy-duty tasks.
- Max Temperature: 160°C.
- Connections: 3/8" female swivel inlet, 1/4" female outlet.
- Stainless Swivel Inlet: Prevents hose binding and drag during movement - for smooth, unrestricted control.
- Crisp Trigger Feel: Easy pull, strong return - designed for frequent use with less fatigue.
- Azzurro Blue Finish: A blue food-grade housing gives it a standout look in any setup.

Upgrading to a short pressure washer gun makes washing your car far more comfortable, controlled & enjoyable compared to the long factory lances that come with most pressure washers. A compact pressure gun is much easier to manoeuvre around mirrors, wheels, grills and lower sections of the vehicle, while also reducing wrist and arm fatigue, especially when using a foam cannon for longer periods.

Most premium water pressure guns also feature quick connect fittings and integrated swivels, helping prevent the hose from constantly twisting while making it much quicker to swap between foam cannons, nozzles and other accessories. It’s one of those upgrades that seems small at first, but once you use a quality power washer gun properly, it’s very hard to go back to a standard setup.
In most cases, yes. Most short pressure washer guns are designed to work with a huge range of electric and petrol pressure washers, provided you have the correct adaptor or fitting for your machine. Brands like Gerni, Karcher, Nilfisk, AR, Bosch and many others can commonly be fitted with the right setup.

A quality pressure gun or power washer gun will usually connect using a standard 1/4" quick connect system for accessories like foam cannons and nozzles. If you are unsure what fittings your machine requires, feel free to contact us and we can help match the correct water pressure gun setup to your pressure washer.

Yes, most short pressure washer guns require the correct adaptor or fitting to connect properly to your pressure washer. While most pressure guns and water pressure guns use a standard 1/4" quick connect system for accessories, different pressure washer brands all use different hose and outlet connections.

The good news is that adaptors are available for most major brands including Gerni, Karcher, Nilfisk, AR, Bosch & more. Once fitted correctly, your power washer gun will connect just like a factory lance while giving you much better ergonomics, quicker accessory changes and improved overall usability.
A ceramic ball valve is designed to improve the durability, smoothness and long-term reliability of a Pressure Washer Gun. Inside the Pressure Gun, the ceramic ball helps control water flow more consistently while reducing internal wear compared to cheaper plastic or lower-grade metal valve systems often found in entry-level Washer Gun setups.

The biggest advantage is longevity and resistance to harsh conditions. Ceramic is extremely hard, highly resistant to heat, pressure and chemical exposure, making it ideal for a premium Pressure Gun setup that regularly uses foam cannons, detergents and high-pressure washing. It also helps maintain a smoother trigger feel over time, improving the overall experience when using your Water Pressure Gun.

Well made soft triggered short gun
Soft trigger so it is not tiring when you’re constantly on the trigger. I have owned a few pressure washer and this is the one for the gun. Slightly heavier than all the pressure washer guns that I owned but that is due to it being well made and stainless steel. I would have given it 5 stars but the price let it down.

Phenomenal Gun
I use a HONDA iGX390 4000psi 24lt per minute commercial machine all day, the MTM SG35 is a Brilliant Upgrade for my Ryobi 2750 psi 6 lt per minute domestic machine, there's absolutely no comparison between the MTM SG35 and the stock gun, can't wait to try a matching Turbo Nozzle and Lance.

Only tried a couple of
Only tried a couple of times so a short term review only. Tips are a bit generic but the gun and lance have a solid, quality feel about them and are much more maneuverable than the standard Karcher items. Less tangling is a big bonus.
