NexDiag's most advanced paint thickness gauge
The NexDiag PTG is a professional car paint thickness gauge, effective in operation and easy to use, which allows you to make quick and, most importantly, precise measurements. It enables testing of steel, galvanised steel and aluminium surfaces.
The sensor automatically detects the substrate being tested, and the gauge has further features that make vehicle inspections easier and more efficient.
The NexDiag PTG Pro Carbon is the most advanced model in the range, allowing you to take precise measurements, including on curved surfaces.
By using a movable head and a specialised probe housing, the gauge eliminates the impact of vibrations on readings taken from convex or concave internal and external panels. Paired with a smartphone, it offers far more than a traditional gauge can.
The app can scan the vehicle's VIN with your smartphone's camera. You'll find this in the report tab, under vehicle data.
