The next-generation paint thickness gauge
NexDiag PTG is a professional car paint thickness gauge, effective in operation and easy to use, which allows you to make quick and, most importantly, precise measurements. The NexDiag PTG enables testing of steel, galvanised steel and aluminium surfaces.
The sensor automatically detects the substrate being tested, and the gauge has further features that make vehicle inspections easier and more efficient.
By using a movable head and a specialised probe housing, the gauge eliminates the impact of vibrations on readings taken from convex or concave internal and external panels. Paired with a smartphone, it offers far more than a traditional gauge can.
The Professional version measures with even greater accuracy than the Standard and Advanced versions, and adds options that help you examine a vehicle more efficiently and effectively, including:
