This backing plate takes advantage of ShineMate's new FlexEdge Technology,  which gives the backing plate a flexible edge to fit paint surfaces that have contours to achieve ideal polishing effect.

Designed to work efficiently with any type of pad (foam, wool, etc) and is also created using Polyurethane Reaction Injection Moulding method, designed for maximum vibration absorption and perfect balance.
