Koch Chemie Hydro Plast Care, often referred to as HPC, is a water-dilutable plastic restorer designed to maintain and protect both exterior and interior plastics, rubber and vinyl.
Unlike heavier solvent-based dressings, this formula allows you to tailor the look depending on how you dilute it. Whether you want a subtle factory-style finish or a richer, darker gloss, you can adjust the ratio to suit the vehicle and the customer.

Directions
Precautions: Shake before use. Protect from frost and excessive heat. Test for suitability before full application. Do not use on surfaces where slipperiness is undesirable such as pedals, steering wheels or tyre tread. Avoid displays and polycarbonates.
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
- Apply evenly, either neat or diluted, using a spray bottle or applicator sponge.
- Allow to dry.
- Wipe with a microfiber cloth if necessary to level the finish.
Dilution Guide:
Neat or 1:1 for high gloss
1:2 for medium gloss
1:3 for satin finish
1:4 for natural finish

I recently bought Koch Chemie HPC to use in interior plastics and rubbers, and it has actually turned out to be my favourite tyre shine and trim dressing! I tend to use it straight on tyres and interiors as I like my plastics & rubbers to be very dark and shiny, but it's also pretty dilutable. I detail some maintenance customers Fortnightly, and when I see the tyres and trim after two weeks of driving, they still look great! I've only recently started trying out Koch Chemie products, and with all the ones I've bought so far, I've loved them. Would 100% recommend HPC

When diluted to the appropriate recommendation worked excellent for my interior detailing and left the plastic door panels matte. One tip wipe interiors with diluted water to remove old residue then apply Hydro Plast care.
