About MTM Pressure Washer Nozzle

Delivers concentrated cutting power and professional-grade durability with a 0 degree angle - built for precision cleaning in a quick-connect setup.

The MTM Red 0° Pressure Washer Nozzle is built for maximum concentration and cutting power. Designed and manufactured in Italy, this professional-grade nozzle delivers a tight, pinpoint stream for heavy-duty cleaning applications where precision and impact matter most.

Featuring a high-precision stainless steel orifice pre-fitted into a 316 stainless steel guard, this unit offers exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability - even in harsh environments. The build quality is what you’d expect from MTM: precise, consistent and made to perform.

The 0° spray pattern produces a highly concentrated jet, making it ideal for removing stubborn grime from hard surfaces such as concrete, brickwork, underbodies, suspension components and heavily soiled areas.

Fitted with MTM’s HPN colour-coded red cover, identification is instant. Simply snap it into your 1/4" quick connect pressure washer short gun or lance and you’re ready to go.

Important: Due to its concentrated output, a 0° nozzle is not recommended for regular use on automotive paintwork. Always test away from the vehicle before spraying and maintain safe working distance.

Need a different spray angle? See the MTM Black 15°, Grey 25° and Blue 40° nozzles, or get all four in the MTM Pressure Washer 4 Nozzle Kit.

Note: Always test your nozzle away from a vehicle after you have plugged it into the quick connect coupler. Even if you think it has clicked in, it's always good to test it away from a vehicle in case it hasn't 100% locked in.

Orifice size explained

It can sometimes be confusing when looking at your nozzle, figuring out what everything means. We often get asked about the difference between spray angles & orifice size, and what PSI & waterflow even means.

Simply, spray angle is the degree pattern that your nozzle shoots water in. A narrower angle concentrates the water into a tighter stream, while a wider angle spreads it out over a larger area. Spray angle is not connected to your orifice size and doesn’t change the physical hole inside the nozzle - it just changes how that water is distributed onto the surface.

This little hole in the middle of your nozzle is the orifice, and by controlling the size of this hole - you can change your water flow and pressure. If you make the hole bigger, more water will be able to come out, and will reduce your pressure as there is less resistance - alternatively making that hole smaller will create a tighter space, reducing the amount of water that can get through BUT increases the pressure.

Some may think - well I just want to max my waterflow, so I'll chuck in the largest orifice! But if your pressure washer doesn’t have much power, that could reduce the PSI drastically and even though more water is coming out, your overall cleaning has reduced due to the pressure. We’ve tried to make it super easy for you, by creating a recommended orifice size chart. Simply find your machine’s flow rate down the side, match it to your working pressure across the top, and where the two meet is your recommended orifice size for a balanced setup.
