A premium wool cutting pad, made from natural lamb's wool fibres that fit 6" and 6.5" backing plates.

Rupes have released a versatile Wool Cutting Pad that is made from a mix of dyed and un-dyed, 100% natural lamb's wool fibres.

With this unique high density pile of wool, you can expect a very high cutting ability when used with a variety of cutting compounds.

These pads are available in a 200mm variant (which suits a 6" backing plate), and a 230mm variant (which suits a 6.5" backing plate).

    Very strong cutting power, but sheds wool everywhere even

    I tried this pad out, even after brushing it and blowing with an air compressor, expect heavy wool shedding, and on japanese clearcoat, it's better to use the Lake County Purple Cutting Pad as it does not shed wool and is easier to finish with S20+ and a Rupes Yellow Pad, I can imagine this heavy cut pad being good on European clear-coat, but they still need to fix the Wool Shedding issue
