The ShineMate EP820 is a professional-grade rotary car polisher that delivers outstanding cutting power, smooth control and ergonomic comfort for long polishing sessions.
The ShineMate EP820 rotary polisher is built for professionals who need maximum cutting power and refined control in a full-sized car polisher. Delivering up to 1800W of output, this buffing machine is perfect for heavy correction on hard paint systems, removing deep scratches, oxidation and severe swirl marks with ease.
Its double-reduction gear system delivers twice the torque of a standard rotary, allowing the EP820 to maintain consistent power even during continuous workloads. Soft rubber grips and an ergonomic body design keep you comfortable and in control, while the progressive accelerator trigger and stepless speed controller let you adjust the machine’s performance on the fly.
Compatible with both 5" and 6" backing plates, and with extension shafts for those hard-to-reach areas, the EP820 combines versatility with uncompromising performance, making it the go-to choice for professionals who demand results.
Why choose the ShineMate EP820 Rotary Polisher?
If your priority is raw cutting power, the EP820 is a standout choice in the ShineMate rotary range. Compared to smaller rotary polishers, it offers a larger working area, higher torque output and better heat management for tackling big jobs quickly and efficiently.
The double-reduction gearing ensures smooth, consistent correction, while the ergonomic design reduces fatigue during extended sessions. Built with CNC precision and premium components, this car polisher is engineered to deliver professional-grade performance, day in and day out.
