You can pick up your order from 67 Logistics Street, Keilor Park 3042. Be mindful to enter through the driveway signed for Click and Collect customers. Enter the building via reception and a member of staff will be with you ASAP.

Unfortunately we do not have a show room or the facilities to sell products "over the counter". Instead, simply place another Click and Collect order online before coming in and by the time you get to us we will most likely have it ready.

Unfortunately we do not have a show room where you can freely browse products. If you want to have a chat, get in contact and one of our trained experts will be able to answer any questions about our products.

Of course we can! Let us know the order you want sent out and if necessary we will organise an invoice for the shipping fee. As soon as that invoice is paid we will process your order for shipping.

Due to the high amount of fraud orders and scams using Uber, we do not accept Uber pickups and all Ubers will be turned away at the door. We will not be reimbursing any costs lost with Ubers being turned away. We apologise for this inconvenience.

As for a relative, partner or friend picking up, this is fine, just make sure you add their name to the order notes when you place your order and give them a copy of the order confirmation!

In any case where it will take longer than 4 weeks to pick up your order, please contact us to hold the order. Otherwise, your order will be refunded and the items returned to stock.
