How to Enter

1. Each product review left on the Waxit Car Care website equals one (1) entry into the monthly giveaway.
   
2. A photo MUST be included in the review to be eligible for an entry.
3. Reviews must be for products the participant has purchased from Waxit Car Care.
   • Reviews for products the participant does not own will not be counted.
4. Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in Australia.
   • If the selected winner is under 18 or resides outside Australia, a redraw will occur.
5. Waxit Car Care reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at any time, without notice or reason.

 

Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) or more winners will be drawn and notified on the last day of each month via phone call or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a redraw may occur.

 

Rights Granted by the Entrant

By entering this giveaway, participants agree for Waxit Car Care to be able to use the participants' submission, voice, likeness, image and statements about the contest for publicity purposes, news, advertising, promotion purposes, trade without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

 

Terms and Conditions

Waxit Car Care as the sponsor of the giveaway have the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorised human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud or other causes beyond our control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct or administration of the giveaway.

Waxit Car Care holds the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as hold the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.

 

Limitation of Liability

The participant’s entry into this giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless Waxit Car Care and any affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
