The Lake Country CCS Yellow Curved Pad is a firm, aggressive cutting pad designed for polishing out deeper swirls, oxidation and sanding haze. Built with Lake Country’s CCS Technology™, the pad face features a network of closed-cell pockets that reduce product absorption and pad skipping, allowing compounds to stay active on the surface longer.
Its curved edge helps centre the pad on the backing plate and improves machine feel, particularly on larger panels, while reducing edge grab. Lake Country makes its curved edge pads for rotary machines only, so this pad is ideal for rotary polisher users who want more control without sacrificing cut. What Is CCS?
The face of a CCS pad is covered in strategically placed pockets. These pockets are locations where the foam cells have been closed. Polish does not absorb into these closed cell pockets, leaving more product on the pad's surface and on the paint. This polish-saving design gives polishes a longer working time, which results in more successful detailing.
