MTM Pressure Washer 4 Nozzle Kit | 0, 15, 25, 40° Spray Angles

Delivers complete control, professional durability, and every essential spray angle in one premium quick-connect set.

The MTM Pressure Washer Nozzle Kit includes four precision-engineered spray angles - 0°, 15°, 25° and 40°, giving you the flexibility to handle everything from heavy-duty cleaning to safe, controlled rinsing.

Designed and manufactured in Italy, each nozzle features a high-precision stainless steel orifice pre-fitted into a 316 stainless steel guard for outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term durability. These are professional-grade components built for consistent flow, reliable performance, and demanding environments.

Each tip is finished with MTM’s HPN colour-coded rubber guard, allowing instant spray angle identification while also providing a protective buffer during use. If you accidentally contact paintwork, wheels or trim, the rubber surround helps reduce the risk of damage compared to exposed metal tips.

With a standard 1/4" quick connect fitting on every nozzle, the set is compatible with most short guns and lances, making swaps quick and tool-free mid-wash.

Whether you’re rinsing paintwork, cleaning wheel arches, tackling underbodies, or washing down surfaces around the house, this kit gives you the full range - all matched to your pressure washer’s output using the correct orifice size (thanks to our chart below!).

Note: Always test your nozzle away from a vehicle after you have plugged it in to the quick connect coupler. Even if you think it has clicked in, it's always good to test it away from a vehicle in case it hasn't 100% locked in.

Orifice Size vs. Spray Angle vs. PSI vs. Waterflow - what does all this mean?

It can sometimes be confusing when looking at your nozzle, figuring out what everything means. We often get asked about the difference between spray angles & orifice size, and what PSI & waterflow even means.

Simply, spray angle is the degree pattern that your nozzle shoots water in. A narrower angle concentrates the water into a tighter stream, while a wider angle spreads it out over a larger area. Spray angle is not connected to your orifice size and doesn’t change the physical hole inside the nozzle - it just changes how that water is distributed onto the surface.

This little hole in the middle of your nozzle is the orifice, and by controlling the size of this hole - you can change your water flow and pressure. If you make the hole bigger, more water will be able to come out, and will reduce your pressure as there is less resistance - alternatively making that hole smaller will create a tighter space, reducing the amount of water than can get through BUT increases the pressure.

Some may think - well I just want to max my waterflow, so ill chuck the largest orifice! But if your pressure washer doesn’t have much power, that could reduce the PSI drastically and even though more water is coming out, your overall cleaning has reduced due to the pressure. We’ve tried to make it super easy for you, by creating a recommended orifice size chart. Simply find your machine’s flow rate down the side, match it to your working pressure across the top, and where the two meet is your recommended orifice size for a balanced setup.

    Well built.

Well built, solid, high quality nozzle. Very happy. With an adapter it makes life a lot easier with a budget pressure washer.

    A great upgrade

So much better than the hard plastic cheapies. And great options to tailor to your setup, re orifice size, to get maximum water flow. Built like a tank, with lovely stainless. The rubber covering is not very pliable but would definitely protect better than a standard hard plastic nozzle. Has a great spray arc and is a joy to use. Highly recommended and worth the price.

MTM Pressure Washer Nozzle - Gerni

The 40° Nozzle with a 0.25 orifice works perfectly with a Gerni pressure washer.

The nozzle has a superior spray pattern compared to the standard nozzles, the standard nozzle has a harder edge of water on the outer section of the spray pattern. On the MTM nozzle the fan of water is even.

Stoked to hear the MTM nozzles are working perfectly with your Gerni Jason! Great to know the spray pattern is so much more even compared to the standard ones.

Thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed review mate!

    Perfection….

One of the most beautiful spray patterns you will find in most pressure washer nozzles on the market designed for detailing.

The 40 degree nozzle (Blue protective casing), provides a perfect pattern with little to none of those slightly ‘higher pressured streams’ on the edges of the spray pattern.

    Orifice measures exactly 0.45

My 11.5LPM rated Kranzle unit now runs way smoother on a lower amperage due to the lower pressure required with maximum flow from the larger, precise orifice inside this nozzle.

    Very happy !

She’ll now hit a maximum of 9.75LPM at the tip of this MTM nozzle @ 1200psi through a 3/4”x10m 35LPM filtered inlet, 3/8”x1m whip into 3/8” swivelled reel with 15m of the 3/8” Uberflex hose and an under-rated older McKillans Gun.

With a different gun or ball valve, this nozzle wouldn’t surprise me if it did 10LPM with ease.

I’d say the 0.5 version of these nozzles would provide enough flow to have a shower with. 😅

Highly recommended! Thanks again WaxIt !
