Items that are purchased from our online store can be returned within 14 days from when you receive your order for a refund or credit. The items that are returned must be unopened, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed once we have received the items.
If an item does not meet these standards, the returned items will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.
The sender must include their order information inside the parcel otherwise the refund process will be delayed as investigate who it is from.
Waxit doesn't have a storefront open to the general public. However, you may select the pickup option at checkout to place a Click & Collect order.
