The 3 layer construction of these sanding pads allows for a uniformed, premium finish to remove paint defects and refine automotive finishes.

The layers consist of:

1. Cloth abrasive layer
2. Foam interface cushioning
3. Siafast velcro fastening system

This allows you to have a long lasting, low scratch depth pad - which minimises random deeper scratches often found when using lower quality pad.

This then creates buffing out the sanding marks to be much easier. The foam interface layer also give you a layer of protection opposed to thin paper discs.

This system is best used for damp sanding, and this pad will work perfectly on a 3" DA backing pad. We recommend to lightly moisten the pad prior to and during use.
