The ShineMate 21mm DA Polisher Kit is built for professionals ready to correct faster, cut deeper, and get the most out of every pad, with serious torque, refined control, and a complete polishing system to match.
The ShineMate EX620 PRO with 21mm throw isn’t just a bigger DA, it’s a serious step into fast, efficient correction power. With a 6” backing plate and wide throw, it covers more ground in fewer passes while maintaining smooth control and strong pad rotation under pressure.
This next-generation unit brings 60% more torque and 30% more speed compared to previous models, with an 800W motor (1200W peak) and up to 5800 OPM. Every part, from internal electronics to external grip points, has been upgraded for performance and durability. The machine’s anti-stall control monitors load in real-time, boosting torque when it senses hesitation, so you stay consistent even on curved panels or tight edges.
Backing it up are a mixture of 8 different ShineMate foam, wool and microfiber pads, perfectly matched to the EX620 PRO and designed to cover everything from heavy defects to final finish work. Featuring cutting, intermediate and finishing levels, these pads are perfectly balanced to the ShineMate machine.
The compounds come straight from the professional world, Koch Chemie’s German-made H9.02, F6.01, and M3.02. These are the same diminishing abrasives pros rely on. This trio is perfect to cover all defect removal from heavy defects to light swirls, bringing back that mirror gloss finish! All 3 compounds feature low dust formation technology, meaning you can polish for prolonged periods without having to wipe the panel down for dust and compound residue!
