The HDO Foam pads feature a dual-layer design which incorporates the benefits and concepts of both thick and thin pads, as well as the advantages of a tapered profile and exact-fit style pads. This helps create a user-friendly experience with impressive results while offering maximum performance and durability benefits to the operator under heavy-duty conditions.
HDO CCS Pads offer a hybrid alternative to foam pads with impressive performance. Conventional open-cell foam pads absorb more compound and polish into their surface, which can shorten your operational window by clogging the pad and creating more heat build up. CCS Technology offers a solution through strategic patterns of partially closed cell pockets.
CCS Technology gives you better control through reduced surface tension, and helps reduce excess heat generation. You also get the benefits of a slower rate of compound absorption which can help with working time. -
Lake Country pads taper 1/2 an inch to get a bit more polishing radius.
