Items that are purchased from our online store can be returned within 14 days from when you receive your order for a refund or credit. The items that are returned must be unopened, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed once we have received the items.
If an item does not meet these standards, the returned items will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.
The sender must include their order information inside the parcel otherwise the refund process will be delayed as investigate who it is from.

This is very characteristic when people are using sponges, brushes, or low quality products to wash their cars. Combine these awesome microfiber products with our popular Nv SNOW wash, and you've now got a product that provides excellent lubrication, and the ultimate cleaning ability with microfiber products that are going to ensure high performance, and maximum safety when washing. After washing your car, the dreaded drying process begins. But now with the BIGFELLA drying towel drying towel, this part of washing becomes your favourite. This ultra absorbent, fantastic towel is going to make drying your car SO much easier, quicker & safer. With all the perks of microfiber, and a large size, you will dry your car in minutes - without the need to wring it out. The icing on the cake is the Nv BOOST v2 Quick Detailer. After washing your car faster, easier & more effectively with Snow, Boss and BIGFELLA - you can ensure your car is looking it's best and is protected. Nv BOOST v2 instils a super hydrophobic layer over the top of your vehicle, making water and contaminants simply bead off - making your next wash even more enjoyable and easy, seeing water just fly right off. It also produces, a glass like wet look on the surface, providing intense and sharp reflections, as well as a beautiful clarity in the paintwork. This product can be used on bare paintwork, and it can also be used on top of waxes, sealants and coatings to BOOST their performance! When using the Waxit Maintenance Kit, we recommend using the Two Bucket Wash method. Directions: 1. Fill up your wash & rinse buckets with water, and pour in a couple of capfuls of Nv SNOW in your wash bucket. 2. Dip the Aquatouch BOSS Wash Mitt into your washing solution, and begin washing the car. After each panel, rinse your wash mitt in your rinse bucket, rubbing the mitt along your grit guard (if you have one). 3. Repeat this process until all panels have been washed. 4. Rinse the car down with your hose or pressure washer. 5. Dry the car with the Aquatouch BIGFELLA Drying Towel. 6. After the car is dry, work in a small 40x40cm area and apply a few sprays of BOOST v2 to the area. 7. Work that in with the 4SEASONS microfiber cloth, then flip the cloth over and buff off.
